Forged from 1095 high carbon steel, this stone washed butcher knife is a throw back to the old hickory style knives. The cutting edge of this full tang beast measures 7.5” and 12” overall. The handle is made from some beautifully curly Brazilian rosewood and set with 4 brass pins.
