Forged from tortoise shell pattern Damascus steel, this wakizashi style blade was inspired by the teenage mutant ninja turtles. Unlike a traditional wakizashi, this blade features a plunge grind, sharpening choice and lacks a habaki. The guard was made from a solid piece of copper that was smelted in house. The handle is made from poplar wood, wrapped in black faux ray skin, then wrapped with paracord. This blade comes RAZOR sharp, with its edge coming in at 60hrc, and its spine much softer at around 50-55.
The blade from tip to plunge measures 13.75 inches, and its overall length of 23 inches.
